It sounds weird, but it is really GOOD! {From my kitchen}

I would like to share with you our newest and most favorite side dish!
Roasted Brussel Sprouts (or "Brussel Smarts" as Em calls them:)
 Aren't they beautiful? They are roasted with red grapes and pecans. I know, it sounds really odd, but trust me, it is so delish!!
 This is so easy. Go and buy the ingredients today! You won't be sorry!
Simply rinse, pat dry and cut the brussel sprouts and grapes in half.
Spread out on a baking sheet. Toss with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top. Pop them in a preheated oven on 375.
I usually roast them for 8 minutes and toss them around and put them back in for another 7-8 minutes or so (depending on how big the brussels are).

During the last 5 mins of cooking, I toast the pecans in the toaster oven for 2 minutes.
Take out the cookie sheet and toss the toasted pecans in with the sprouts and grapes.
Try not to burn your mouth by eating them right out of the oven-they are THAT good!

 They go nicely with any main course, but our family especially enjoys them with our Asian chicken, Vegetable Bake and brown rice.
 So Delish!
Blessings,
Aria:)
